I have noticed I’m doing something wrong at times on my quad intramuscular injection. Maybe I’m missing the muscle or pin is going thru outwards where the injection becomes subq instead of intramuscular. Warm lumps on quads, crippling pain all goes away after 5 days of intense pain. Sometimes no pain at all in quads. Any tips and advice would be appreciated . I have missed 5 days of training on cycle cause of pain.

Your legs cant be that small! It's your technique. Also, some people just cant handle quads. Google it up and you'll find plenty of diagrams showing where to pin.
