MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Do you have existing water retention / edema? That's the only thing I can think of a small dose of deca worsening and causing that big of a jump.
I started GH like a month ago. Went from 1 to 2 IU in a few weeks and couldn't tolerate the carpal tunnel. Whole arm would be numb in the morning. Hands tight half the day, grip was weakened.

I've cut the GH for a week now but I still have tight somewhat painful hands in the morning with weakened grip.

Not sure is this is related.

Investigate pregnenolone deficiency.

Normally I would dismiss a claim that pregnenolone would have anything to do with side effects from medications/supplements but the reason I post this is personal experience with the SAMe supplement.

I had taken SAMe many times both in my pre-TRT life and recently while on TRT. I never had an issue with it. Then suddenly I was getting diarrhea from it. Couldn't even take 1/2 dose. Randomly, scrolling through YT I came across this:

Which reminded me that I had stopped pregnenolone supplementation (for unrelated reasons) prior to starting SAMe. When I added pregnenolone back into my protocol with no other changes the diarrhea stopped!

I still don't understand why but FWIW it's cheap enough if you wanted to give it a shot.

Interesting theory, I appreciate your thoughts on this. I was taking dhea along with pregnenolone earlier this year, but stopped when I upped my test and added some nandrolone. Any ideas on dosing for pregnenolone for this purpose? I was only taking 20-40mg a day.

I was taking 30mg/day. This put me in the upper half of the range, also progesterone started to register on bloods.

Just a side note if you are taking thyroid meds.
When I started thyroid meds and both my DHEA and Pregnenolone tanked. I had to triple the dose of each of them.

These are just my experiences. I can't say for sure if it is universal.

I made my first purchase on PCT 24X7. I shouldn't be worried about it because of all these positive reviews here on Meso although I am because I always get worried when paying someone with crypto. The vendor sent me two tracking numbers. Although I had ordered two different types of items, it would seem weird that they'd send them separately. When I asked about this, I received the great response displayed below:

I had had a similar thing happen with SSA but SSA had then asked me to pay double. I do plan on using PCT 24x7 again and will tell my friends about the place.

With many GLP-1 vendors experiencing troubles, it's nice to see that some foreign shippers are still handling things fine.

247 remains perfect, living up to his end of the bargain. tracking received, now it’s in the hands of post.

if i could delete my post from last night i would. i was in fact just spazzing for no reason. i knew better than to doubt.
I'm like you: Every time I pay a new vendor with crypto I get nervous no matter how many good things I hear about the vendor. Logically, I know that PCT 24X7 has to be extremely reliable because he has so many positive reviews here on Meso. Meso is a place where if people have a problem with someone, they're extremely vocal. Negative reviews don't get deleted.

That sucks but at least we're rolling again.
I'm sure my happiness with PCT 24X7 is influenced by not having ordered from them until a week ago, but their prices plus 20% are still ridiculously low. I'm hoping the fact that they're paying the tariff incentivizes customs to permit the stuff to pass to the customer (me).

paying the tariff incentivizes

I'm still waiting to see what they declare on the packs.
They can't declare whats actually in the packs, because it'll get seized.
The other pct vendor already stated upright they won't declare the full value (which is great, because the tax is on what's declared).

TBH for OPSEC hopefully this is all submitted electronically and not on the box, where inevitably someone will describe it or even post a pic. We don't need to know, and "tricks do the trade" to smooth passage through customs are best left vague so they don't stop working.

It's usually both.

Electronically and on the box.
It's the same for majority of the USA packs, they include the customs forms on the box, but in reality it's not needed because it has all been moved electronically. Almost all shipping companies still include it. Not needed.

When you ship via PirateShip, they tell you to print it out.
I don't bother either. It's already in the system, electronically.

Interesting to see the physical forms tho.

Looks like the new data requirements that jammed up international post offices so long won't be required (though they aren't prevented from) to be on the packs. Sensible given this applies to tiny little envelopes holding something as small as a pair of dice.

There's a high chance it'll still be included.
Because. Legacy.
People are used to it.
The post office will tell you to do it.

Same goes for the Fedex UPS DHL USPS PirateShip. Alot of the stuff is already electronic and not required.

One of my India sources received a message from India Post that went out to all exporters about restarting shipping to the US.

It states that they are working on integrating a payment gateway for their Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service to the USA. Once the trial is successfully completed they will resume shipping to the USA.

Yes India post will be resumed soon but we will be doing a couple of trials before hand prior to shipping via India post with full load .

When packages start to flow again, use that window of opportunity to build a stock of essentials. This situation is not going to get any better going forward. Look at how difficult (virtually impossible for many) it is getting India pharma into the EU. Canada not too much better.

We've had it easy for a long time, but those days are quickly coming to an end. Don't wait until it's too late. Advanced warning is unlikely. All of a sudden seizures will just skyrocket, and it may not be temporary like in the past.

With. few exceptions, most meds are good for 10, even 30 years in cool, dark storage conditions, and India pharma into aluminum blister packs are ideal for long term preservation.

the expiration dates are like 2027 tho no? on the blister packs
