There is nothing inherent to the DHB molecule that should cause such toxicity. Methylating a AAS typically makes it more toxic, yet methylated DHB @ c1 = metenolone/Primobolan, and @ c2 =stenbolone/Atrofin. The C1 methyl group was originally added to DHB to increase oral bioavailability of what we now call primbolan acetate; major metabolites of primobolan are 3⍺-hydroxylated so it seems to only has partial resistance to 3⍺-HSD1 in skeletal muscle from the c1 double bond. The c2-methylation is more specifically added to block 3⍺-HSD1 metabolism, increasing anabolic potency. Basically among c2 methylated compounds, Stenbolone is to DHB = Masteron is to DHT; sadly apparently no stenbolone raws have been produced in a long time.

But a few years ago a major source (not on Meso) released stenbolone acetate @ 100mg/m... I picked up several vials. This stuff crashed at room temp and when someone sent some for testing it was in fact confirmed to be M-Sten, or C17-methylstenbolone. It was underused too, around 85mg/ml, but absence of an ester explained why it would not stay in solution. Hopefully no one got injured using1cc/day of that. Refunds were offered and I think more was made with the correct labelling, for a time. I still have it, and It does make an awesome injectable preworkout at low doses ie 10-20mg.

There was a massive amount of M1T (DHB methylated @ c17 for oral bioavailability, so basically M-Sten minus the c2 methyl group) manufactured for OTC supplements back in the day. M1T suddenly became illegal/unusuable by supplement companies, and I've wondered if some of that supply got reprocessed into raws that found their way into injectable DHB mixes. No idea if this actually happened, but it would be potential explanation for both the notorious PIP that seemed nearly universal, and the toxicity.

From my own experience, I've only run small amounts ~ 105mg/for four weeks or so. Even then, I've noticed significant increases in strength - more so than for other AAS including tren. Last time I ran it a few years ago (with trestolone) my labs were fine, but there are no shortage of reports of elevated GGT with DHB use even at fairly low doses, along with other symptoms like aches/pains and fatigue. The latter could potentially be explained by estrogen-related issues - while it is not considered to be 'an AI' the A-ring of DHB might be able to inhibit 17β-HSD1 which would shift balance of estrogen from estradiol (active) > estrone (essentially a competitive inhibitor of estradiol). This would only show up on hs-estradiol LC/MS test, which is slow and expensive and not that common; the more typical estradiol ECLIA test would not show anything amiss.

I've also read some DHB can be produced in the body from EQ via 5⍺-reductase - numbers I've seen range from 2% to 25%. Despite EQ typically being run at high doses, I have not seen anecdotal reports of DHB-type toxicity from EQ. If the conversion rate is on the high end near 25%, this would also imply that DHB itself is not inherently toxic. On the other hand, it is possible that EQ doesn't spontaneously 5⍺-reduce to any significant degree, and that DHB is made by only by forced reduction of the C4-5 double bond in a laboratory setting.

Anyway it is a very interesting compound and been trying to figure out the toxicity with it... if anyone has other thoughts I'd be very interested in hearing them.
 
I wonder if GGB and WWB will be spooked by the SSA and SRY organ harvesting or are they just gonna say ‘fuck it’ and pick up where they left off.

Yeah lends credence to the freight company having something to do with this, not the factory theory.

Had enough reports of seizures here recently to amount to significant fines for the shipping company and blowback at SSA.

Maybe coincidental, but a similar pattern just before QSC went down.

Fitomics does have the Estrone LC/MS test.
I pulled it prior to my blast. But yes, not cheap.
I think i waited 3 weeks too.

Anyone order from GGB or WWB recently after SSA closed? Tempted to try them but don’t want to pay and for them to close. Got fucked by QSC and SSA on two large orders, not trying to go three peat. Also WWB uses Gmail… is that trustworthy?

GGB responded quickly and shipped the next day.

Personally I would only order domestic, given no reship offered on international.

(edit, unless they're shipping from China using DHL or FedEx, then I might consider it: The "cheap" shipping lines seem like just asking for trouble. )

I think it may be more like the shipping company, many of which are billion dollar businesses, after CBP seized packs they were moving, went to the Chinese cops about the people putting their legit business at risk by using them to ship illegal drugs.


And I don't think they're ever coming back.

Thanks, appreciate the heads up. Thinking of stocking up but I can also wait a month. Wonder if QSC or SSA will come back. Even though I got fucked I am still a sucker for good old Tracy and my lovely friend Tansy

Vendors with decent service sometimes collapse under the strain of too much business and standards drop. Have 4 kits from WWB landing Thursday. So far pretty smooth but I ordered the 13th right after SSA shutdown so he may not have had the traffic yet.

The reason I think this is because WWB seems to go out of stock on items before GGB does (hanging on to hot sellers when stock runs low). Other than that, I don't see any practical difference between the two.

Yeah GGB is out of US stock amd is only shipping from china. They even sais tbey will NOT do re ship if package never makes it
