At the end of the day the only way for you to guarantee quality is to buy and send out to jano yourself. We offer credit for you sending off testing so if you don't trust the testing we have up that is going to be your best bet.

I believe the best customer service comes from a honest direct approach coupled with empathy. At this point even the tedious questions don't bother me haha.

I figured that was just a joke haha. We sent off the new butyl rubber stoppers so for now we're just waiting for the company we're using to receive them and then make our new vibratory feeder.

We may end up switching again to ptfe sometime next year. I was looking into them and we will most likely end up ordering in bulk from a Chinese supplier if we go with them. We just wanted to make a faster change which is why we opted for the widely available butyl tops.

I would say it's about the same as the first picture. It can be hit or miss though. Every now and then we have received complaints about the metal slightly ripping. We haven't received many of those reports but I won't deny them being made.

West pharma caps are 13 ct/unit. Fyi.
 
Speaking to the quality and pricing of Arail's GH - it's a testament to their dedication to honesty in that they have regular testing of each batch of GH (even the more famed GH suppliers do not do this) including dimer. Their price reflects the dedication to quality, honesty, and testing. That should spell peace of mind to the end-consumer.

Concurrently, their testing of raws is what put them on the map for me. Receiving these beauties of vials and immaculate packaging, responsive and honest customer service... I don't see any reason to go shop anywhere else. Full stop.

Good to hop between two forums and see it’s pretty chill in Arails space . Out of all the orders I got this month ( minus a small local one ) Arails was the only one that didn’t come with a headache… also the smoothest start to finish. So far running the TNE has been fun as hell and just started the mast P so I’ll be able to gauge it better but honestly impressed with everything …and in times like this it’s nice to see transparency cuz it’s had me double thinking everything.
