MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Hi everyone ,

Just to share the new update UAE post and USPS has came to agreement that there will be no tariff on packages from tomorrow as usps has exempted the medicines packages , First the commercial B2B pharma exports were exempted from tariffs and now B2C has been exempted as well , It wont be possible for me to explain the operational details in deep but things are on good track ,

Hence there will be no burden of tariffs on customers from now on just a 2$ processing fee will be applied on packages via UAE post ,

Shipping to USA has been resumed and its a good time to stock up ,

Please email us for Pricelist / Orders / Queries

Email - shop@pct24x7.store

damn I should've waited a day just ordered with tariff yesterday

the expiration dates are like 2027 tho no? on the blister packs

You'll notice 98% of the time the expiration date is 2 years from the manufacturing date. Thats because 2 years is what regulators consider a "reasonable" amount of time for a pharma manufacturer to demonstrate a drug will be good for in normal storage conditions.

It doesn't matter if it's actually perfectly effective for 30 years. They don't need to prove that, and it wouldn't be in their interest even if it was.

But there are countless studies showing the long term viability of pharmaceuticals, often for decades beyond their expiration date.

Now this isn't the case for every single drug. A very tiny minority degrade quickly, but even then it's typically harmless. A notable exception is doxycycline. One important clue a drug is more fragile than average is if the expiration date is less than two years from the manufacturing date.

Paying 20% more for the order I placed recently that was a couple hundred dollars, when every order I've received in the past from them had a declared value of $5 to $20 on the package, seems weird to me. What am I missing, math-wise? If only I had waited, I could have avoided the 20% fee.

Using cyanide after the expiration date can be dangerous.

Hoping this that just ordered yesterday can get a refund?

I was thinking the same thing, especially when I don't have any tracking yet, so you'd assume the new rules could apply to the shipment if it hasn't been submitted yet.
same here. i actually received tracking early this week, but at of this am, it still hasn’t been picked up.

I've been waiting for things to start moving again to get an order in for a few items in short supply. Consensus is things are somewhat moving again and may pick up more so going forward it seem, so maybe a good time to order?

Probably. A small order is good.
Ordered just 100 pills of pitavastatin with pct24/7.

Also placesd a second order with a different supplier using UAE post also and ordered 100 pills of eplerenone.

Both ordered a week ago and package status: “yet to be received”

Does anyone if I order from a European source, that ordered are still being shipped?

That is pretty normal. It takes a while sometimes to show received by the UAE.

Thanks for the reassurance. When I ordered last month, around mid-august before the whole tariffs, I got my stuff is 7 days after tracking number was provided. Thank god I ordered most of my stuff back then. But I rly want to try that pitavastatin.
