Rep stated let me go ask him. Then emailed me back qqTo be fair you can just get rid of the TNE by brewing per normal and then filtering it out. TNE has a very high melting point and requires more solvents than usual. Jano has a threshold whereby anything below a certain amount is excluded, I think that TNE amount would have been excluded, however it should technically appear in CGMS even at a low %.
Was that reply given by a Jano (company) rep via email or by Jano (email) himself?
