Help brewing L carnitine

I did 1.5ml subq hour and a half ago. The lump is already dissipated.
I'm not sure which route is better, since the 500mg/ml is extremely hypertonic
If you use 1/2" or 12mm needle, subq can work. Back of upper arm area has less knotting issue than abdomen. Visceral fat is more prone to knots.
 
I started heating up my syringes and boy these are so much smoother.
Is anyone pinning carn at >1g a day?

Everyone responds differently to injectable L Carn.

I have gone up to 2g. There was a leveling of benefits around 10mg per KG (or 4.5mg per lb) of body weight for me. Around double that dose I started having strange side effects similar to oral L carn. I dialed back. I generally stay in 400mg to 1000mg range depending on how hard I am training and how much carbs I am consuming.

You can gradually increase dose week by week and kind of assess where you feel best. I have heard people using up to 3g and then dialing down to 1g.

Just injected 1ml 600mg/ml carnitine that was brewed 3 weeks ago and kept in a cupboard. 0 pip.
Not even the slightest
 
I don't understand all these talks about adjusting PH on L-Carn. I believe you are using shit raws guys because I brew L-Carn 600mg/ml with just WFI + L-Carn base + BA and it's pipless.
I have gotten raws from pure bulk and from bulk supplements, both with COA’s. The pure bulk was actually higher quality (USP48 Pharma grade) but burned more than the bulk supplements brand which was just ACS grade. They were identical in every way that I could tell.

The pH of carnitine base is moderately alkaline 500mg/ml should work out to a pH of 9.1-9.4 and that’s what my raws test.

Lately I have been brewing it at 500mg/ml, then diluting in a 3cc syringe by filling the rest of syringe with bac water (making it 333mg/ml) bc I don’t get a knot in my ass that way, probably bc it reduces the tonicity

dunno man, I just brewed yesterday 240ml of L-Carn 650mg/ml
Injected it 3 times already no pip, nothing. didn't adjust any PH, just used WFI + BA + raw.

tried an L-Carn brewed 3 weeks ago, same thing.

You're saying its the tonicity thats giving you PIP and not the pH?
Am i right or are you saying its both?
 
Thanks. Maybe that's part of the recipe for @Sampei's success. I read that WFI is pH 5-6.
WFI=water for injection. In theory pure water has a ph of 7 but Upon exposure to air it rapidly absorbs CO2 and its pH lowers as it forms the weak acid carbonic acid

In drinking water dissolved minerals like calcium magnesium buffer the pH

Ph electrodes rely on ionic strength and bc it has almost no ions so the ph measurements are artificially low
 
I brew at 500mg/ml . Final PH is usually 8ish . I adjust to 7 using small amount of L Carnitine HCL solution.
I have been playing with Acetyl L Carnitine HCL . Adding small amounts (50 to 100mg per ml) seems to give a neurological boost during workouts. PH adjustment is a challenge though.
Are you guys all using the HCl that @niqTM mentioned or are you sourcing a higher quality usp grade?
