im doing calorie deficit, and cardio. i want to try to get into Retatrutide aswell! but ive been in a rut with that

It wasnt healthy but i did an extreme deficit i was eating like 600-1200 calories a day (not an estimate i would weigh out everything i ate)

Then i’d relapse get fat again but after pushing through now i bounce around 16-20% bf
