I think because in this thread specifically we've got seasoned vets and we've got dyels, not much in between.
Let's hear it though. What'd you pin today and what are you doing in the gym?
I'm down to 250 test C after running 450 for a while. I used tirz to cut 20 lbs. I'm in my late 50s and the only way I can keep extra weight is to make sure it's muscle and not too much fat. I don't care about a six pack anymore, but I have no interest in having a keg either. I lost a little muscle in that cut, so I'm working on putting back 5-6 pounds of clean muscle, and then dropping back 5 more pounds of fat. I want to stay around 200.

I've ran numerous cycles with tren and deca in the past. As I've gotten older, deca has become a no go for me. It's not worth the sides and management for me. Tren dosed low is still manageable. 200 tops and I have to stay on top of bloods and make sure I don't get too bitchy.

I'm currently running 4iu hgh daily, 250 testC, and 100 trenE weekly. I pin twice a week (125/50).

My biggest issue right now is e2 management. It's never been an issue in the past. On 450 test, I was taking 12.5mg aromasin twice a week. My e2 came back at 104. I dropped my dose to 250, dropped the aromasin, and got retested a month later (two weeks ago). I had not added the tren yet. My e2 was 128. I'm very disappointed with that. I've turned into an e2 super-converter apparently. I'm now taking 25mg aromasin twice a week and I will retest in a few more weeks. I would like it under 60. I'm still waiting on the results for free/total test. Bizarrely, e2 results came back after 10 days.

I'm going to add in some eq at around 150/week and see if that helps with the e2.

In the gym, I have a chest, side delts, and tris day. A back day with lats, traps, and some accessories. I run a basic leg day with hack squats (old man back), hams, and glutes. I try to get to the gym 5 days a week, but it's usually only four days.

I'm re baselining my tdee after cutting. Once I get that solidly sorted, I'll add 250-300 calories a day while I put some more muscle on. Always a gram/lbs protein. I could be better with carb/fat, but I'm mostly satisfied with the results.

Testing wise, lipids and blood sugar are ok. Hematocrit could be lower, but it's not awful.

My real unknown at this point is eq. I've never ran it or primo. I'm hoping it will help knock back this e2 so I don't have to take as much AI.

I am running only primal gear.

I would appreciate any insight people have to share.

Also a big converter. Will keep you informed on my lab results with test/eq only per the other thread. I'm taking a more aggressive approach with approx 1:2 ratio.

I hear ya on NPP being older. I don’t run EQ either being older my blood gets thick. Have you tried mast? (If you can find it). As an older guy myself I know my diet, sleep and everything impacted my E2 and I’m not even someone that generally needs an AI. You drink any? Some different discussion about Primos effect on E2 in a thread I saw. Of course for about 5K you can go have those glands reduced.

I too find myself juggling high e2 with just trt doses , maybe its age related, 50+ crowd here, i dunno , but eq does sound like an interesting addition to potentially reducing e2 , i have some primo e on hand also, I need to start using that up because it's getting close to the expiration date on the vial , lol

I haven’t tried mast. At this point, Im stocking up on gear I can find that's compatible with my goals.

I drink on date night once a week. I'm always the designated driver, so I limit myself to two if we're out for three to four hours.

I'm too old to get my chest cut open. I've managed to avoid gyno this far. I really want to stay on top of it before this becomes an issue!

If I could find primo, and it was reasonable, I would prefer that.
 
I emailed Jano but I got a feeling our testing methods now are not sufficient.
To make it clear, out of the 14+ GCMS samples we have of other vendors, his product is the only one which matches what is detected when the plastic melts.
Are you saying that this exact rest has been done with other vendors and this additional "material" was not found?

For some reason I was under the impression that you asked Jano to specifically test for plastic in these samples.
