Can you just dispose of needles and all other anabolic vials in the regular trash?

Huh? For what?

As an US citizen I have zero fear of this. There's literally nothing they can do about it because you're doing nothing illegal... Properly dispose of your sharps...please.
to put it honestly... because im black.

i've been arrested for a warrant that never existed. drugs I never had after an illegal stop. A suspended licenses that were never actually suspended. Yea, I have issues doing 'normal' things that should be legal. America, land of the free! dependent upon a few things of course.

funny story, I remmeber being in Florida once, had an issue with a tire on my rental, pulled to the shoulder of the highway to check it. Officer pulls up, calls a dog, searches my vehical with the dog who supposedly gets a hit on my engine compartment. Now they have reasonable suspicion and can legally search the car, in the trunk I had some hightimes magazines. I was arrested for drug paraphanelia for the magazines. in the passenger seat was a white woman. with no license. they told her to take my rental car. the one in my name. she tells them she doesn't have a license. they tell her it is fine she can drive off with my car. lol. they actually let her drive off. luckily she was my girl and came and picked me up. she literally could have stolen my rental, they let her illegally drive my car in my name. but arrested me for some magazines. I have quite some stories of ridiculous interactions with law here in the good ole USA. point is, it's not applicable accross the board as it should be. Going over case files you quickly realize how things work for some, but not others.

yea, Im not walking into a public place with a container full of needles lol

I know in some countries they collect trash in bags, there you need to be careful to not harm the trash workers. In my country they use garbage bins and workers only drag them (they have wheels) and fit them on the back of the track where it lifts the bin and empties it.

So whatever you throw in, there's no way you can harm anyone, unless you're some lunatic and open the bin to search stuff with your hands.

Most of the times i put mine in 1kg yoghurt tubs but there are times i throw them with the rest of the trash with just the caps in needles obviously.

You're in Australia. Being a normal, regular human means legal trouble. I'm surprised they'll even sell you needles.

The courteous thing would be to put them in a sealable container like a used laundry detergent bottle, if you can't get a $5 sharps container.
Who said i’m in australia? I think you have me mixed with another user. Or i might have made a mistake

That's definitely an over reach. I've definitely seen cases were people have been charged for drug paraphernalia having syringes on hand. It's usually thrown out if people fight it. Pretty hard to make a case if there's no illegal drugs found and you can buy or acquire them pretty much anywhere.

Pretty curious of the outcome of that charge? Was it dropped?

Might seem like a stupid question

Can i just throw all of this away in the regular trash and have the trashman take it or would it be smarter to toss it in some public trash?
Saw a cat once by the dumpster with its paw jammed in a tuna can, cut up pretty bad :( My girl and I ended up taking him home, and since then i don’t mess around with sharp trash. Needles and syringes go straight into a sharps container, and stuff like glass or cans I wrap up in a few layers of paper or cardboard before tying the bag tight. Not perfect, but at least it keeps animals and people from getting hurt
