Bitcoin is so volatile its “worth” has gone up and down, while i am waiting for the transaction to confirm on the blockchain. Some can take an hour or two to confirm. I think if the vendor asks for a specific bitcoin amount and you give them that amount, it’s a fair transaction and they’ve never asked for more. I cringe, thinking about how much I paid for a vial of testosterone when Bitcoin was $16,000 a coin.
