yea they are really nice and i do know they do custom idk if you have to reach out to them on telegram though thats where i know them from, and i have asked about it but he wont do it for gear unfortunately because his labels look rlly nice.

I do 200mcg about 30 minutes before going out in the sun. Takes about two weeks to get fairly dark.
