10iu 6days a week

FWIW, Paul Barnett has said he's tried going over 9 iu and the side effects limit him from doing so. And I believe got his pro card weight around 260. He also said no material change in IGF-1 levels over 9 iu for him, but we know that the serum IGF-1 levels do not tell the whole story re: efficacy of HGH.

I think Paul Barnett just makes shit up, trying to be the "academic bodybuilding educator" or whatever, for social media content since bodybuilding isn't really working out as a great career option for him

He earned a pro card. I don’t think he’s making anything up. And I don’t get the sense at all that he’s trying to be overly science based or academic. The GH story of his was purely anecdotal.

He earned a pro card.

My opinion is that earning a pro card is still a big deal, but you've seen the recent backlash ?

Many older pros complaining that they're giving out pro cards like candy; it's way easier to get one now than it was even a decade ago

I get their point, it's like the IFBB just realized they're running a business and more competitors = bigger shows = more profits

You follow his IG ?? Barnett has seemingly figured out a formula for everything: stalls, rest breaks, most effective diet & training for various goals, etc., etc
