Hey lads

Hey everyone. Awesome community here that's landed on my radar late.. but late is better than never! Been on TRT for exactly a year, well stabilized and just started Tirzepatide a few weeks ago at a minimal dose, same goes for tadalafil. I'm feeling like a million bucks with stable and great blood markers.

So naturally I'm here to learn about ratcheting it up a bit; as high as I can go without negative side effects for a new, higher trt dose, adding GH..stabilizing again.

And then blasting :)

All the best everybody see you around here

Whats your age, height, weight, bodyfat

Are you using a clinic or doing it yourself?

Whats your TRT dose

What bloodwork do you do

Why do you want to ratchet it up

Why do you want to add GH

Have you checked your natty IGF?

39, 178.5cm, 110kg, around 25% body fat.

Of course using a clinic. 100mg/week.

Full work up every 90 days.

Why not? I'd rather feel high-normal all the time than mid-normal for a portion of the week.

To aid in recovery.

Not yet.

25% body fat.
Lose weight before you do anything. Should have lost weight before starting test, but too late for that now Get down to 10% If you can't see ab veins, you aren't there. Shoulder veins mean you got to about 18-20% Chest veins, 12ish. Go until you see ab veins.

Define full workup. Specifically, what tests are you ordering.

This is drug user mentality. You are chasing a feeling that you think drugs will provide. You are fat. Fix that and feel better.

Recovery from what?

I thought you were getting "full workups every 90 days".

thanks for your input, I appreciate your help and taking the time

I re-read this guy's responses, I suppose the condescension went over my head the first time lol. Still appreciate taking the time to...assist? Try to assist? Despite the overarching assumptions made.

The one part that was particularly confusing was drug user mentality. I thought everyone on this forum was using drugs; consistently staying within physician directed dosages for a year indicates exactly the opposite.

There is a huge difference between:

Having training experience, understanding nutrition and having your food plan on point, optimizing everything you can, and deciding to use PED's when you are at such a high level of performance that they are warranted

And:

Being a lazy fat fuck who just wants to use drugs because you think they will do what you are unwilling to do for yourself, This is drug user mentality.

Why are you assuming I haven't lost weight before using testosterone for example? Why are you assuming I didn't have a background in high level sporting as a younger man? Again, lot of assumptions being made. I appreciate your insight in any case, you're trying to help me.

You told us you are fckn 25% bodyfat man.... and I'm gonna guess it's even more because you don't have enough experience to know the difference by looking at yourself.

Why are you assuming I didn't have a background in high level sporting as a younger man?
You are 39 now and fat. If you don't have a log book from the past 3 years showing consistent gains in your training, nothing from the past is relevant. Sure, a 39 year old beat down Porsche used to be fast. But today its not. Today it's beat down and needs restored before you put racing fuel in it. It's not ready for the track in the condition it's in without some work.

That was a really good and clear analogy. Thank you for your input
