Recomp into bulk

Hey guys, quick intro for you, my names George, I’m 31 from England and I will be starting my recomp cycle on Friday. I’ll try to post regular updates on here mostly for myself but would be great to get some interaction and hear people’s thoughts as I progress. I’m also on insta @Gj94x if anyone wants to follow on there as I post regularly.

I’m on holiday currently hence why starting Friday, I’ll post starting pics & stats Friday morning so everything is as accurate as can be.

My cycle will be
Weeks 1-10

300 test

375 tren

300 dhb

6iu hgh pre bed

.5mg aod9604 am daily

1.5mg reta m/w/f

.5mg cagri m/w/f

1mg Mots-c am daily

40mcg clen am daily

1000mcg SLU am daily

Diet will be as follows

M1
400g yog
10g granola
10g peanut butter
100g berries

M2
200g chicken
Carb lite wrap

M3
150g chicken
.5 pack jasmine rice

M4 (pre)
150g chicken
.5 Pack jasmine rice
Banana

M5 (post)
200g chicken
1 Pack jasmine rice

Cardio will be 30 mins fasted 3-4x a week and normally 100cal warm up before I train

I’ve got 10 weeks in my head for this phase of the cycle but that’s subject to change based on progress, and I’m hoping to have a big drop and visual change quite quickly which will allow me to bring food up after 3-4 weeks
 
Day 1 Friday 3.10
Returned home from a week long all inclusive holiday at 1am so had very little sleep but still straight back to it. I didn’t think I’d eaten too badly while I was away but evidently I did as I look FUCKING AWFUL, I’m disgusted with my weight and pictures compared to how I looked 2 weeks ago but this is only going to serve as motivation to really go hard. The last picture is what I looked like 2 weeks ago so you can get an idea of why and how disappointed I am with my current look.

Stats: weight - 211lbs height - 5ft9

Drugs went in first thing as follows
3mg Reta, 1mg cagrilintide, 500mcg AOD9604, 1mg mots-c, 1000mcg SLU-PP-332, 40mcg clen, 20mg methylene blue
150mg test blend, 112.5mg tren e, 100mg dhb

6iu hgh pre bed

30 mins (350 cals) fasted cardio on cross trainer

Trained push and had a great session
10 mins bike to warm up
Low incline smith press x3
Incline db press x3
Machine chest press x1 double dropset
High to low cable cross x3
Rear delt cable flye x4
Partial lateral raise superset full ROM lateral raise x2
SA cable side lateral x3
Weighted tricep dip x3
OH rope extension x3
Rope push down x3

Day 2 Saturday 4.10

Going to try and update every day, woke up this morning to a big drop so feeling much better about things. Today was legs and the gym was heaving so couldn’t get a squat rack but really happy with the weights I hit on machine squat instead.

Drugs today
Upon wake - 40mcg clen, 1000mcg SLU-PP-332, 20mg methylene blue, 500mcg AOD9604, 1mg mots-c
Pre bed - 6iu hgh

30mins (410 cals) fasted cardio again

Legs
Seated hamstring curl x3
Machine squat 320kg x15 360kg x5 (video attached)
Leg ext x3
Adductors x3
Calves x2

Diet
2150 cals
246 protein
232 carbs

Your fat being this low is ideal if you're using slin.
Very low fat + high tren + high gh + (at the very least) slin pre and post is the perfect recipe for recomp. Your tren being this high with only 6 iu gh and no slin aswell is kinda of a waste. Adding slin and 2 iu of GH would allow you to recomp faster and better while eating more.
 
I do have loads of insulin on hand, i will be introducing it once I’ve got a few more kg off so i imagine that will only be 2-3 weeks, how much slin would you recommend pre and post?

Tread carefully with the slin/carb tactic while on reta. That's a twofold manipulation that can turn into chaos on a dime if you're not monitoring everything with OCD-level logs.
 
10 pre and 10 post or 10 split?
10 pre, i think post you can be good without. you have to keep in mind that you have to eat ~12g of carbs for every unit you inject 8depending on insulin resistance), so doing 10 & 10 uses up quite a bit of your daily calories just for pre&post WO (almost 1000)
 
Thzts a low dose reta. Thats not tricky. Or at least as much as gh that accutely decrease insulin sentivity. Start low and assess. 5 pre, 5 post. 15g EEAs, 35-40g of HBCD, electrolytes and thats enough. Thats probably on the safer side but thatd how you're supposed to use it as a slin virgin. Ending at 8-10 iu pre and post with more HBCD. Keep a few glucose tabs handy and youre gucci. You must be really fucked up to go on a true hypo while lifting.

Insulin is over rated as a muscle builder. But very UNDER RATED when it comes to safety. Insulin is one the safest peds when basic math is at your reach First because it wont touch your bloodwork. Second because people over rate slin as a "tricky PED" that can kill you/injure or w/e. Thats BS. Except if you pin 30 IU of fiasp fzsted 45 min before you workout. And you go to the gym with your car. At this point, fiasp just accelerzte your early death.
 
Thanks for the responses guys, I’m going to hit shoulders and arms tomorrow so I’ll chuck some insulin in pre workout and see how I get on

Why do you rip the V squat? Very little knee over toe for quad targeting, and is very glute biased.

I’ve always gone for a heel elevated squat in some sense, or a pendulum, for max knee flexion

I was gonna do barbell squats but couldn’t get a squat rack as the gym was too busy and my knees are fucked so I v squat like that because I can load weight and be pain free, and my quads are one of my better muscles so I don’t worry too much about them

So I’m now thinking I’ll up my gh to 8iu a day and introduce insulin at 10iu pre workout, what’s the best way to dose my gh now? 4 pre workout and 4 pre bed or 4 on wake and 4 pre bed?

Woke up stupid early this morning and weighed in at 202lbs, just over .5lb drop from yesterday, after some comments yesterday I’ve decided to up my GH to 8iu a day, which I’m splitting 4iu on wake and 4iu pre bed, and incorporate insulin pre workout. I’ve also got some igf1-lr3 so I decided to add that in at 200mcg on arm days as they’re a weak point for me.



Pre workout meal was chicken, rice and pineapple which gave me 120g carbs and 45g protein. Had this 1 hour pre workout along with 50mg winstrol, 2mg mots-c and took slin 30 mins pwo with the 200mcg igf which I split evenly between biceps and triceps.

Pump was fucking INSANE, workout was as follows

Weighted dip 4x8-10
Dumbbell curl 4x8-10

OH rope ext 4x15 superset with
Ez cable curl 4x12-15

SA cable push down 4x12-15 superset with
Seated dumbbell curl 4x10-15

Cable rear dealt flye 4x20-25 superset with
Seated dumbbell lateral 4x12-15

Drugs for the day
On wake - 1000mcg SLU, 40mcg clen, 20mcg methylene blue, 500mcg AOD, 4iu GH
150 test, 112.5 tren, 100 dhb

Pre workout - 200mcg igf1-lr3, 10iu insulin, 50mg winstrol

Pre bed - 4iu GH

Calories for the day are a bit higher with the insulin added so I don’t expect to drop anything over night.

I used to use tren all the time when I was early 20s and sniff coke and drink 3 nights a week and was always fine with it, atm I feel good, if I start to feel shit or have sides I can drop the dhb and the winstrol isn’t something I’m using everyday, just fancied throwing it in for arm day for the vascularity it gives
