What’s up everyone, figured I’d finally make an intro. I’m 26 years old, 6’1”, 185 pounds at about 14% body fat. I’ve been training consistently for around six years now, and before that I was an athlete all through high school. My focus at this point is overall bodybuilding and aesthetics, and I’d love to step on stage within the next couple of years.

Right now I’m in an off-cycle phase, keeping things moderate but still structured.

Current Off-Cycle Protocol:

  • Primo E – 200mg/wk (split)

  • Milk Thistle – 1000mg

Next Cycle (starting mid-October):

  • Test E – 500–600mg/wk
  • Primo E – 500–600mg/wk
  • Tren E – 10mg daily
  • HGH – 4iu nightly
  • Supportive peptides/supps as listed above

My goal for this next phase is to push size and conditioning while keeping health in check with regular bloodwork. Long-term, I’m aiming to build into a competitive physique and eventually get on stage. Looking forward to contributing, learning from the vets here, and keeping myself accountable along the way.

Why is everything you wrote about drugs, and not about your training or food?
I drafted this in my notes but must’ve accidentally excluded it. I eat minimum of 200g of protein a day 3k calories generally consisting of lean meat (chicken beef turkey) and rice or potatoes, shakes and protein bars. Fasted cardio 3-5x a week on top of strength training minimum 5x a week.

Just from looking at your compounds I’m going to assume your much more advanced in the ped realm than I am. As an older guy, and new to everything, it just looks like a ton of stuff for a young man to be using. I’m not judging you in the least, just making an observation. I assume all the guys with your aspirations are making similar choices with similar programs. Maybe some of the more experienced guys that are or have competed can give you some good insight. I wish you luck in your endeavor and look forward to your progress.

So not much to talk about there huh?

No harm taken brother. I've been dabbling in PED's since 2021 (too early) and have learned a lot from all different areas. My main goal is to remain healthy as I introduce compounds that's why the list of supplements is so lengthy. Minimal ancillaries and more so on the side of supplementing what I miss in diet and supplements to help me retain optimal sleep. I definitely hope to get some 1 on 1 insight from some of the more experience members in here which is why I've decided to partake in the forum. I appreciate the warm welcome.

What do you want to know? I'm an open book. The few things on the top of my head I am aiming to learn from this forum are, What more can I do to raise my HDL? Currently sitting at a 31 with what I believe to be proper diet, zone 2 fasted cardio, and supplementation. I'm wanting to learn more about different compounds and how I can use them to reach my goals. Also looking to dabble in home brewing, more as a sustainability effort and hobby.
