Good afternoon gentlemen,
So my little primo / test experiment (assessing primo dosage to get E2 in range and seeing what it did to my lipids) has concluded, and while I plan to run this for another 6 weeks (to see where lipids are on 4 mg pitavastatin compared to 2 mg), I'm looking ahead to the next phase when I drop the primo.
Currently the regimen is 235 test / 285 primo. I'm slowly cutting down trying to keep dosages minimal before I do a small blast and then a real cut where I'll bring the dosages up to keep the tissue gained from the blast.
I know full well that I could probably just drop test to 200 and run GH with reta and get decent results, but my training intensity remains very high on the current regimen (90 mins training, 45 - 75 mins LISS daily), and i'd like to maintain that. There was a massive change in my training intensity / strength moving from HRT levels of test to 235 test / 285 primo. So as I see it, i'm looking at some combination of the following
Test 250 / Mast 140-200
Test 250 / Mast 140-175 / Tren 70
Test 200 / Tren 70
This is all along with 5 iu GH and reta that is currently 2 mg weekly.
At first glance it seems that test 200 / tren 70 is the best bang for my buck for a gradual cut to maintain tissue and training intensity / strength. Least possible dose with greatest possible benefit given modest goals at this time.
I know - these are bitch dosage but I'm an old man and I am a decent responder. The blast will likely be something like test 300 / Primo 400 plus / minus 150 NPP.
