Yeah of course. NAD gave me a feeling of boosted energy. After using for a while, I felt a bit sharper and noticed that it helps curve my cravings and anxiety induced vices.. aka vaping cannabis lol
Its not a cheap protocol to maintain at theraputic doses so I was running the lower end, 200mg a week split into two administrations. If I was filthy rich, id prob continue running it but currently on a break from it.
The injection its self I always found to be a bit spicey compared to other peptides. Would cause a red spot, small bump and sometimes bruise (mainly when I tried pinning lower abdomen). More cushion in the glutes so the bumps wouldnt be as bothersome.
When you pin you might feel an odd sensation like a warming in your chest from your body reacting to the high levels of niacin (b3) that just entered the system. If youve ever heard the term "niacin flush" well thats what it is lol I warned my dad about it before he tried his first dose, but he actually didnt feel the flush. Just the sting and bump on his ass lol I on the other hand have to sit on my bed for a minute after dosing it.
I have been reading that healthy young adults dont really benefit as much from it as older folks do which makes sense as an aged or injured brain will have more area for imporovement than a healthy brain. Most of the general population is probably more than good supplementing with an NAD precursor like liposomal NMN for the long run, but the injectable is definitely a more aggresive approach that can be spot used when feeling fatigued/bogged down or if cost isnt an issue all the time.
