@dick_starbuck how much berberine did u say to manage insulin levels while on high dosed gh ?

Berberine is likely not going to do much at that dose of hgh, Reta will do wonders for your bg levels though , my fbg went from 90-95+ down to 85+ from only .5 mg Reta weekly, true micro dosing Reta is working for me,

Going on week 2 no negative issues as of yet on week two of high dosed test over 1 g except water retention . No effects from tren at 80 mg either except annoyance hahahaha everyone annoys me so I’ve just been blocking ignoring stupid mother fukers daily ! Also night sweats !
But nothing I can’t handle .

Just got a huge bottle of Telmisartan .

Not aromatase inhibitor as of yet wwnt to let the estrogen work with the gh and tren to make me grow rapidly .


Just added Masteron back in today. I plan to do 240 mg weekly .

It hasn’t been announced as it’s in 2026 but the Phil Heath super show was in June or July this year so for now until Jan I’m focusing on adding as much weight and muscle as possible

You threw out the mast? With the combination of aas you are on now and with the already pre-existing gyno, I wouldn't even think about throwing mast out in the first place.
