gen Z and anabolics

Trust me, unfortunately they aren't. Nobody's looking at a guys wiener, once they notice he is seriously lacking in the glute department.

If I could trade a bit of thigh size for glutes, I would surely do it. I really need to address this.
what injuries cause glute atrophy? tear, nerve stuff should usually just fuck the extremities, right?

It is a rather long story, and in a way the result of different (but likely all related) compounding issues.
My legs should clearly not still have the size that they still are, given how much or rather little I train them. But, if compared to the rest of my physique, I always had strong legs since I started lifting.

12hr shift desk job.
I wish it would be such an easily fixable issue.

I'm sure the glutes are cool, I never notice those on guys.

Feathered glutes cringe me tf out but I've become obsessed with having them. I don't quite follow the psychology myself but I think it has to do with it being a badge of honor. Sort of a trophy for all your hard work.
