Hey everyone!
I’m Yassen, 32 years old from Georgia. I recently got back into training and just started going to the gym again after focusing for years on long-distance running. I’ve always had a lean, athletic build.I'm 6 feet tall, weigh about 165 lbs, and sit under 10% body fat. My shoulders are naturally wide and muscles are hard, but now I’m focused on adding serious size.
One of my main goals is to grow my calves—they’re sitting at about 13.5 inches right now, and I’m aiming to bring them up by making sure my diet, sleep, and training (plus gear) are all dialed in. I’m currently just using creatine and MuscleTech multivitamins, but I’ve done a couple of small steroid cycles years ago (it’s been over 6 years since the last one).
I'm here to learn, stay accountable, and connect with others on the same path. Whether it's training tips, nutrition insights, or just supporting each other’s progress. I'm ready to be part of it.
