I did 200kg squats today, but on the 4 the rep i almost snapped my back. thank god, nothing happened. i can feel good energy but the mid way crash i didn't expect. Have any of you faced like this?

Don't squat or deadlift if you have recurring/chronic lower back issues. It's not worth it. There are plenty of other exercises that work just fine without compromising your lower back.
What can I do in alternate , which is much effective like squats for Quads?

Every single post of you so far is in the "Steroid" forum and about back issues and pain.

Did it ever occur to you, that you are doing something *fundamentally* wrong in how you approach this sport?
Yes I do admit... I only post 2 threads both are about my back issues, i hope my fundamentals are not that bad. But the volume I have to work on as well as , I should stop doing squats and dead for a while as the other brother in this thread recommended

I also did squats one time with 200kg and my back snapped and broke in two. They had to glue it back together. Not sure if it holds for 200kg again, maybe I should do a cycle of deca?

I don't/can't do squats. Had an old back injury and they would always cause agony. Even did the bro move of asking the biggest guy at my gym to check my form. I struggled with pain at anything over 100kg(yes that light), but I've found I can do much heavier hip thrusts with zero pain. I swear my lower back is starting to feel a little better.

Personally I'd experiment with alternatives and settle on the one that feels the best. It might not be as good, but being able to do actually do the movement is gonna be better long term.
