what I said is correct tho. Hadi never ever misses. He and the other middle eastern guys that could make it this year are the only ones who get the conditioning spot on every time. with the Americans you can never be sure, and our European boys ususally dont even get lean enough either. They miss the mark so frequently that i feel like you HAVE to say "if they come in shape". IG pics often lie, but always pay.

I think Samson takes it again if his condition is better. He looks like it just off face alone, but peaking seems hit or miss with him. The top 3 honestly could be either Samson, hadi, Derek or nick just depending on who nails peaking protocols if Derek brought his legs up, and maybe gets better chest striations. Then he will be equal in the front to Hadi.
I think nick only wins or beats guys if they are off. He lost to Derek who wasn’t 100% and realistically brings condition routinely at the same level as Hadi, but has worse structure than both of them. Andrew jacked its hard to say since he is so inconsistent but also hasnt posted any updates. I don’t think it’s totally his fault, but a matter of conflicting input from the coaching team he was working with, so he coukd also work his way into top 3 if he just worked in his hamstrings and posterior and/or aces the conditioning, and isn’t brought in how Aceto wanted him last year as it went against judge feedback. Since he is working with new folks maybe it will be some level of upset.
I really like this line up because it is so competitive and honestly is anyone’s crown to claim. I don’t think that in recent history we have had such a compelling and competitive line up. Old heads will say the past was better but there is no way to compare. No disrespect but nowadays there are routinely 300lb men on stage and many guys over 300 in off season and that is actually insane historically.
Even the entire top ten we have some really cool battles Including potentially Urs, and almost certainly Hutchinson, behrooz, Burton, and fitzwater. Every placement there is going to be a battle.

he is a new guy I am very excited for. came in shape on his last win, grew a lot without bellymaxxing. okayish/nice shape as well.

Yes same here. I think he looks a bit less impressive online because he posts normal ass check ins, but when he’s on stage against all the photography/lighting angle enjoyers he actually looks much more impressive. Totally the opposite of the kind of social media bodybuilders who are disappointing on stage LOL

yes, most height classes get anywhere from 7-12 lbs, if i recall correctly. maybe even more with the raised weight limit from 2-3 years ago

Yeah, Nick’s an absolute freak. Been a fan for a while too. After all the crap he went through with the injury, missing the Olympia two years in a row, he definitely deserves a big comeback this year.

I’ve been going through a bunch of Olympia 2025 predictions lately, everyone’s got their top 5 lists and personal favorites. But I haven’t seen a single one with Vitaliy Ugolnikov in it, which honestly feels pretty undeserved. The guy looks insane right now, I’d even say he’s outshining Urs. I really think he’s going to place high this year. And props to him for bouncing back after that injury before Pittsburgh, came back looking sharp.

he might hit top8, def above urs. Bu if you have ever seen him pose you know why People are not talking about him as much. His presentation is a bit clumsy/stiff, which detracts from his pretty great physique & conditioning

Damn, Andrew coming in peeled. I think he actually might pull of a 2nd place finish behind Hadi. Samson and Derek in 3rd and 4th, at least from what I was seeing in the pre-judging live stream.
