My First cycle after 20 years

Today was my first workout since my first shot on Wednesday due to work commitments. Got a decent session in and spent the morning feeling euphoric and giddy, had to contain myself. :)

Some detail on food intake:
50grams of butter in coffee pre-workout.
10 eggs with liver (for electrolytes) and mozarella cheese post workout.
10 eggs with mozarella for lunch.
500Grams of steak with butter for dinner.

Gives me close to a 1:1 fat to protein ratio, with protein being around 250grams and puts me around 600kcal over maintenance.

So I started on KETO but then naturally progressed to Carnivore over time, then once I was there all desires for non-animal products go away and all issues are resolved - had ghout and got sick all the time previously even was depressed at some point.

It took me 6-8 months to fully convert my body to utilising fat for energy but that is way back in the past, so I am fully adapted and fully adjusted and for me this is the optimal human diet.

There is nothing I am lacking from a sports perspective, I do 2-3 hr mtb rides on sundays socially and I am not falling behind my carb loaded friends in any way so for me its no issue at all.

I would never go back, I tried a couple of weeks or raw milk which is still technically carnivore but with a lot of lactose in it and it did nothing for me, did not make me stronger or last longer only thing that happened is I gained a bunch of fat so I am more than happy to continue this way :)
i dont believe any of what you say, carnivore and keto people are in echo chambers and completely delude themselves like vegetarians do.

you will feel better, look better and be healthier adding in clean carbs into your diet, rice potatoes etc are not going to cause depression, sickness or gout and being "fat adapted" even if thats real, is not superior to a regular metabolism in anyway.

i guarantee your FBG and LDL is awful, as is your insulin sensitivity with all the fat. I also guarantee your BMR is low because your diet is so restrictive.

I hope you post your results here to prove me wrong,

I will get this done post cycle again, see if the Winstrol messed with my numbers.

On tren eq masteron and test I have better lipids after 20+ weeks.

You are delusional.
I am curious to see mine after 10 weeks.

Guess I may have to grab a dexa scan this week and again at 10 weeks to see if I actually could grow any muscle and how much

This picture did not come out great, let me try that again, I think its half decent for a fat only metabolism, granted its slightly enhanced :)

Your muscle growth even with AAS is going to be minimal. You’re using your protein for energy taking it away from building muscle. Guess what AAS does? Many help with protein synthesis. Maybe you don’t care though. But tame your muscle growth expectations. Just because you get a Dexa showing low BF doesn’t mean you grew muscle you lost fat.

I am not going for to measure BF, to be able to see how much lean muscle I could grow in 10 weeks I would need a before and after dexa scan I reckon.

Carnivore's don't use Protein for Energy we use fat for energy and I am eating plenty of that, I know eating more protein than I am eating now will have no benefit as AAS will just supercharge how my muscles can use the protein that I do eat...

Is that the LDL from having your "diet dialled in"? This is pretty much as bad as mine, and I am already gear and have hereditary bad LDL, this paired with admittedly often a sub-par diet.

You are delusional.
I have no trouble believing that you that you have, @Sampei.

So after 20 years I decided to give this a go again.
Got my diet dialled in, training is on par and being entirely honest not getting any younger.

Grabbed 300x10mg Winstrol Tabs and 2x10ml vials of Test E and a 100 pack of Nolvadex for PCT.

Planned intake
50mg Winstrol (30mg first thing in the morning and 20mg after dinner at night)
TestE - 500mg weekly single shot.

I am 1.76cm. Dry weight 74kg.
I am also 99% Carnivore since over 3 years. So no carbs at all.
I live on steaks, eggs, bacon and butter.

I do drink coffee though. Very curious to see the effects of this combo.

Workout routine currently:
Mondays / Wednesday/ Friday - full body 2hrs.
Tuesdays / Thursdays / Sundays - MTB or cycling indoors.

I start today. Will keep my log here
Based on those stats, you could gain more muscle with just an appropriate diet and a workout plan that actually builds muscle, than you will in 10 weeks on a shitload of roids.
I've been in this game for a while, and this physique is not one stemming from hard and intensive workouts, while having your "diet dialed in".

All you people really need to get a grasp on reality, this is getting absolutely ridiculous. Precontest orals in first cycle in 20y, and training full body 3x a week.
There is no shame in roiding your socks off, as a middle aged man, but you gotta look the part first. If you can't even get to 12-13% BF, on let's say 200mg, while weighing in the 80's kg and your height, there is not even a point in starting such a cycle.

Get on decent HRT and see what you can achieve this way. 150mg, 2.5iu max., add ancillaries as needed.
Running a cycle, while trying to be a cyclist is just stupid.

Do you really believe you cycled off 2k+ calories in under three hours?
By comparison I never see it giving such a high number, but I also don't usually go that hard. Avg heart rate is usually 135 with max 170.

Now I am seeing avg 158 and max 180 so there seems to be a serious increase in heart rate which the app then calculates as additional calories. If that number is correct I don't know, I just use to when calculating how much food I need to eat to remain in a surplus usually.

I must be honest I am really enjoying the increase in power I am seeing already at this early stage here even on my endurance sports so I am more than happy to keep the Winstrol in at this point.

Aha. I must be looking at another photo and blood work then.

I am not sure what to say at this point...
What you are doing is simply beyond retarted. Actually way worse than those 20y klowns running Tren, because of how much older you actually are.

Best of luck, you'll need it!

Yeah at this point this seems more like trolling. Hasnt been a week and already enjoying the “power” lmao. Stuff doesn’t work like that. Pure placebo. Good luck to him though but just another guying wanting advice and shits on whatever is said and doesn’t acknowledge it at all because they got it all figured out. No understanding whatsoever the impact AAS has when combined with high fat diets to the body. He’s not even open to a conversation about any of it. I’m out of this one.

So after wrecking my legs yesterday and by popular demand I have opted to switch up my workout program a little from this week onwards.

Being Week 2, I am going to be leaning more towards the typical push, pull, legs, rest repeat approach. ( Also gives my glutes some recovery time )
