Anyone done sam suleks workouts ?

I didn’t do any research on the internet but I have watched enough of his videos to know he does arms,legs,chest,back and then starts over essentially working every body part twice every 8 days. I have been doing this split for about a year now (when he got popular). I like it although the science based lifters have said you shouldn’t do biceps and triceps in the same workout.

I do full body as in clockwise the entire gym using every piece of equipment than go home
