Fortunately for all of us, I really am doing bloodwork on what should, theoretically, be mostly OEP gear.

Stopped Stan's test on September 2, so everything reflected in my bloodwork would, theoretically, represent 500mg of OEP test c. Unlike Korean Fella'.

He's either insufferable, or hilarious; I'm leaning towards the former, though.

I'm Back, down to the wire. Everyone is sealed and/or boxed ready. I need to look for 1 missing soldier that got lost in email I hope he is reading/following.

NPP amazingly didn't take a hit this time plenty over 80 or more

I will reopen for the remaining inventory after issuing those receipts(tracks) just want to make sure its okay with everyone though. It may only be for a few hours until stock is depleted. I'll announce here the compound that is gone, and continue updating.

Most definitely volume has increased substantially that is the reason why stock is flying well.

More good news the flow hood came need to go pickup.

Like, bro, at least show a picture of an opened Test C vial from that vendor, anyone can fake lab results these days, so your words mean absolutely nothing. I’d honestly suggest OEP just adds him to the ignore list and moves on. This dude’s the only person in the world who manages to make everything fake. Even as a troll he’s mid, zero creativity, same copy-paste lines every time. Weird dude.
 
How did you decide on 500mg of test but only ~300 carbs?
Let me ask the dumb question then; what should my macros look like? I feel like I'm making adequate progress without gaining too much bf during this bulk, strength has been notably increasing. However, if I'm not maximizing my diet per the anabolic load, then I am absolutely all ears.
 
Given my size, that was about the appropriate amount of carbs to generate a sufficient caloric surplus while maintaining what I perceived to be the correct amount of protein.

This is probably something with widely changing opinion. I can not claim this one is the one that's right.

But I would think if training intensity is moderate, and test is at TRT (175ish), feed it about 300 carbs. If intensity is high @ 175mg, 400 carbs

If intensity is high, and test is above trt.... match it with food.

Don't restrict to at / or just above maintenance when your test levels are above "maintenance".

Eat for the elevated levels. Match your food to your gear and your training.
I'd hit it with 600. If you don't feel your training warrants that but you have a high intensity day like legs.... calorie cycle to match that. Or. Turn the intensity up to 11 and use 600 carb all day every day. If you plateau, take it to 650.

I took a page out of the Crossland handbook, and have incredibly high intensity training. I'll step up the food.
