I think your fats are where they need to be. Protein looks good, as long as it's all from high quality sources. - Not counting incomplete proteins from collagen and stuff.
If you are worried about fat, maybe try calorie cycling (carb cycling) with higher carbs first before taking it up all the way. See how you respond.
One sure way to keep the fat off is to make sure your training intensity is high enough to use the food you are eating.
If your training intensity isn't high enough for 500 carbs or more, it's probably not intense enough for 500mg of test either.

You’re doing great man. I’ve read a bit and it looks like you’ve lost some weight and you’ve worked a lot on your diet.
You were on TRT in May right? So you’re on 500mg test now and gaining a lb a week. That’s great man! Mentally, it is very hard to lose weight and then decide to put weight back on (even in if it is muscle).
Per your log, it looks like you are adding calories as your weight goes up. It’s working for you so keep on doing that.
Since you are already eating enough protein, the additional calories will be from carbs anyhow. Your carb intake will creep up as you go. Again, doing great things man!

Men Current Inventory is gone,
TRA gone, EQ and TC gone but we have tested material. Test P and Deca single digit count but we have material, it will be sent for testing this week.
Shutting down the machine for now Men. Must pick Flow Hood, assemble it and tinker with it and 100% restock. Must also send out samples to Jano. Will email Jano again for verification on that 1 report and let everyone asap.
TC appears to be a super hot item right now along with EQ.
Date of Return? Due to the Hit on Inventory I would like to say end of weekend to fill the bins, possibly Monday if the machine gives me grief its quite large. Communication on all platforms will 100 remain open. Thank you everyone for having me here.

From what I can tell EQ will remain a big seller until the mast and primo raws return. Everyone is using EQ in place of mast and primo for the AI effect.
Test C is a little surprising but I have a guess about that. I see a lot of people complaining about PIP from test E, and this is in general- not because of a specific brewer. A lot of guys have tried test C recently and liked it.

Officially yessir it did sell out actually that same day. It went into following day to sell remaining left. It was a very fast mover.
