Is it normal for PIP to be so delayed?

So I pinned some Test E before yesterday, and the day of pinning as well as yesterday I felt pretty much fine. Today I woke up and my delt hurts like hell/feels really heavy. I assumed PIP comes directly after injection or soon after, so I’m a bit confused. Thoughts?

IME, pip is almost never immediate. The pain is coming from the crystals which form when the compound falls out of suspension in the muscle as the BB/BA distributes throughout the body. These crystals act as micro-daggers which irritates the muscle and elicits a histamine response, resulting in a spike in WBC production and "flu-like" symptoms.

This process takes time hence the delayed pip.

Thank you!
