Test E 400 vs E 250? Wrong delivery. Still use?

So I got Test E 400 today and was supposed to get Test E 250.

Waiting to hear back as far as a refund or exchange. Vendor a reputable one. For being my first go using a UGL, not too happy. Initially told Test Cyp out of stock despite order going through, shipping Test E 250 instead. Then open package and its Test E 400.

I’m a low dose of 120mg a week divided into 2 shots. Only 12 weeks into life on TRT.

I’ve read higher concentration causes issues and more PIP. Really don’t want to use this E 400. Could be tripping for no reason. BUT I ran out of my clinic Test Cyp 200 on Sunday and Thursday is usually my bi-weekly shot day. Was excited to start the Test E but not sure I want to use this E 400.

Technically to keep my dose the same I’d only do 15 units twice a week. 1 vial would literally last 8 months! Not sure if that’s even safe.

Welp, if you want to just stay on the level with what you've been running, a 60 mg shot of 400 would be 0.15 mL. That's a pretty small amount of oil. Can it still be painful? Sure as shit can but you'll recover with a lesson learned.

You're talking to a guy who frontloaded 3 mL of 100mg/mL DHB into his quad (the PIP was excruciating for 2 weeks) so personally, I wouldn't fear that tiny amount of test 400. In the meantime, get yourself some sterile MCT oil to dilute it. Warming the oils is always recommended.

You could try it subQ even if that would assuage your fears.

Makes me want to buy a higher CN Test E just to see to make life easier in the long run.

OP could always just pin it so you don't miss a pin, if you have PIP just get some Ultra Filtered MCT and dilute it <3

I wish I could get it where I am now without having to home brew. Honestly made pinning so easy. Was pinning like 1cc of total gear 3x a week on blast last time. Idk why people are so scared of high mg gear

Cuz majority of reviews say high concentrations has higher PIP occurrences and other sides plus more contaminants. If that can be avoided why wouldn’t I try to avoid it?

Personally my buddy and I get immobilized with high con test E. And test E already can be pippy for some. But it was so bad it lumped up and was swollen painful delts for a week. No infection. Just gnarly pip.

And yet some guys can take quad inject test 400 no problem.

You won’t know till you try.

You’re also taking a small dose of that concentration. So in theory you’d think less pip due to less oil being injected at one time. Easier absorption.
And worst case the source will say dilute it with more carrier oil.

Stick with your current dose; inject 0.15 mL of the Test E 400 twice a week. It might sting, but you'll learn. Dilute with sterile MCT oil and warm the oil before injecting.

I'd just pin it, less volume and I can't imagine the PIP would be that bad for such a small amount of oil
