Quest E2 delays

When I use quest, normally all my normal labs come in that same night around 12am-1am. I had labs drawn on 10/9. Ultra senstive test came back 2 days later. Sensitive estradiol... still in progress. Its only been a week (usually its 7-10 days for results for me) but thats such a long time to be in "androgenic land".. tits grower quicker than one would expect

I havent really doven into the accuracy difference between standard and ultra sensitive, but im starting to wonder if getting 3 standard readings in a week and averaging them out gives a similiar outcome lol
Idk, many claim it usually over or underestimate,
I got a 25 and 50 reading within 3 weeks with onky changing 50mg in my test dose. Think the issue was with the test.

I’m not a heavy atomizer

Ah yes.

Using the same testosterone vial but changing dose got me these readings 3ish weeks apart.

200mg - total t 1400ish; E2 22 (sensitive)
-4 weeks later-
300mg - total t >1500; E2 60 (standard)
-3 weeks later-
300mg test;60mg Primo (likely boldenon) Total t >1500; E2 32 (standard)
-4 weeks later-
300mg test; 60mg Primo (+ hcg frequency change)
Total T - 1524 (sensitive); E2 - in progress... (sensitive)

Feel like my e2 skyrocketed for 100mg difference, which leads me to think theres a "threshold" one his with test dosage that takes e2 from 0 to 100 real quick lol.

Anyways, quest taking so long I caught myself googling Serum analzyer pricing to make myself feel better about the wait

I don’t like assuming e2 if its standard, as u seen there is a possibility it overestimated.

Btw these two reading were in the same vial of test, just different doses and mild differences of 50mg.

Blood draw done Friday 10/10 after lunch, E2 LC/MS received this morning 10/16. e2 test lab was SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO. Surprised to have got it so quick and still havent had my free T result yet.

Usually, people share the number and not just the dates.

WTF, why won't they finish my sensitive e2 test from 9/24, I emailed them and they gave me a non response saying the test is still incomplete.

Damn, they done fucked some shit up in SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO forsuree LOL
At least I got my sensitive test back on 10/13... I guess

First time with Quest, labs drawn on Friday 10/10. Total, free and bioavailable test was already back following monday.

Impressed by that. Obviously waiting on e2.

Unless they got their east coast machine back up and running, San Juan Capistrano is their only U.S. facility running Ultrasensitive E2.
I feel like ive been hearing about this machine being broken for months now, but could be my impatience talking. Its pretty mind blowing that they havent had this corrected yet. I know the equipment costs are wild, but youd think they would have a plan drawn up with the manufacturer for these situations. Pre-buy parts, technicians on call, even possible rental usage at another facility.

Im sure theres a logical reason, but im not well versed in analytical equipment SOPs to know so I just have to keep reminding myself that when I get frustrated.

I wonder if they froze my samples or if they are in a fridge
