I know I’m a new member but been a long time lurker. I have used this supplier for some time now and I have had no issues whatsoever, by saying this I have had issues with not receiving my product from before all the stuff happened but I have had wonderful communication and understand the situation. I have been ordering through yura one of the representatives and maximum time between replies on telegram are 24hours even if I’m not buying a product just asking information.

The current situation is unfortunate but will be rectified by this supplier. I ordered well over a month ago and have not received my productt but I have been given valid reason. I can understand with all the orders waiting that people are going to be left in the loop. Lots of these Chinese seller are going through the exact same thing so all we can do is wait.

As for quality of gear these guys are really good besides lying about EO not being in there high mg mixes. They definently have EO I just don’t know how much and haven’t tested for it

Yuna is one of the reps. For example I had a few vials where there crimps were a bit off, they have replaced them just from me showing a photo. I find them very professional.

They have so many shipments to make from what they have told me. Even I had to change my order a tiny bit because they ran out of certain things. I got this supplier rep through a lab that uses these guys big time not just 20 or 30 items each order and I’m pretty sure they are forfilling the massive orders first. It sucks but it’s how it works

This is in line with what a rep from China LFP told me. They just have a backlog from the holiday and thousands of parcels to ship out and their logistics is strained. They also are dealing with new freight forwarding companies. I’m not giving them any more money but I feel like I’ll get my shit sooner or later.

Damn! Yea, I’ve about hit two weeks with no tracking. Mia went from “tracking soon please don’t worry” to “one item is now out of stock please pick another” to now she won’t respond when asked when it will ship. If I don’t have tracking by Monday I’m demanding a refund. I’ve already had three other vendors ship (one delivered) since I placed an order with this scam company.

Not every single one, I have found 1 or 2 seemingly honest vendors. I 100% agree tho only way to stay safe is to essentially assume everything is a scam until proven otherwise.

Sound like there one of many vendors who took too much buisness on at once and then got hit with circumstances and variables. I wouldnt order from any vendor until.you know.packs are landing atm.
