Distilled with submicron filtering will be fine.
I've used distilled without filtering (freshly opened container) but that probably is not actually sterile. Risk is small but I suppose there is some, if not filtering.

The typical amount is 0.9%. (For example, per 100 mL of water, add 0.91 mL BA. It would be close enough to use 0.9 mL.)

For anything where bacteriostatic water is acceptable, sodium chloride is not necessary. For GH, HCG, or any of the peptides that I know of, regular bacteriostatic (no sodium chloride) is fine.

I can't say on brands of water, I just don't have any information there.
But yes, exactly, 0.9% benzyl alcohol (just under 1%) and preferably filter it all afterwards.

You’re going to filter into a container that is sterile but as soon as you disassemble to put the cap on it’s not sterile any longer, unless you have an intricate setup.
I would use syringe filters and put in sterile 50ml vials or some large volume vial. Since it’s just water, should be able to use bigger syringes (20 or even 60ml) to minimize the number of times you are drawing and filtering.
Just distilled, brand doesn’t matter. And yes to the last question.

You don't get mad cow disease but you ain't getting back water either. You getting sterile distilled water with BA that's not BAC water as BAC water is depyrogenated sterile water for injection.
Difference between Sterilization and Depyrogenation
Sterilization and depyrogenation are useful process in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and both are almost similar but have huge difference.
95% of our countries have access to cheap WFI I don't see the reason to go for anything less then that.

Yes, I've been making my own bac water for years, no issues. I do it like this:
0.9% Benzyl Alcohol - pharma grade (USP in the US for example)
__ ml Sterile water for injection - also pharma grade
So if you buy 50ml sterile water for injection, you would add 0.45ml of benzyl alcohol. Sometimes it's difficult to measure accurately so just round it somewhat.
I try not to let the benzyl alcohol sit in the syringe for too long because I have no idea what type of plastic it is, or how long it takes for it to react with the plastic and/or stopper.
If you're in cold weather the benzyl alcohol might not dissolve, it will kind of float like fat. So just put the entire thing on a hot plate or some other heat solution when that happens, and shake. This only happened to me once, it took a few tries messing with the right temp but it dissolved.

I've seen some people add the benzyl alcohol to the water from an IV sterile water for injection USP bag too, if its the only thing that's available. I would transfer it to a vial first though lol.

My BA has all the grades, and after adding BA, just a swirvel here and there within 5-7 min it goes in solution - thought about heating it the first time i saw it - But never needed to....

That would be 0.9% normal saline. You are getting lost. The instuctions are in this thread. You can easily make 100ml plus of bacteriostatic water with a $6 whatman filter and a 100ml vial. This is very basic. I am not sure what is to understand.
As others menioned. Just start with proper injection water (IMO)
I use 10ml ampules of pfizer water for injections BP.
If the vial is going to last a week, I use it straight up (like HGH).
Inject BA 0.9% But usually go with 0.5% (SUE ME) directly into the ampule, shake it, fill some vials. Discard the rest. I don't waste a glass vial on it.
Most of the time you don't need BA.
As for BA not mixing? Dude that sounds like BB.... lol
