They dont understand that this has to be shipped overseas, through customs, in a legitimate way. Then once it gets there in the sea of 100s of others that arrive daily at Jano, there are only 30 people working there. So once it arrives thats when the 21 day guarantee starts.

Probably in relation to its glucocorticoid receptor antagonism, meaning it's anti catabolic effects. That specific benefit may see diminished returns past a low dose, but it's anabolic effects are likely to benefit by doses significantly higher than 50mg/week.
