After further review it's significant stopper degregation. As seen below.
No pressure in the vial.
Stopper was wiped with 91% isopropyl alcohol (typically use 70% but this is what I got)
I noticed before using the Test that I was getting color when cleaning them.
I remember the bad batch of stoppers being brought up and I believe it's been addressed.
All my stuff is from when Primal first opened so I'm sure everything is good to go now just wanted to update my other post.

Getting rid of the anodized tops would be a solid move. Being that they aren’t cleared, it just strips off. Minor but details matter.

That stopper does look degraded on the top. Any theories on what caused it?
