It looks like a faulty stopper nothing more.

Good work! You took excellent pictures. You also laid them out in a way where everyone see there is no pressure. The bulge is still there even while vented, for example.Alright I'm back!
After further review it's significant stopper degregation. As seen below.
No pressure in the vial.
Stopper was wiped with 91% isopropyl alcohol (typically use 70% but this is what I got)
I noticed before using the Test that I was getting color when cleaning them.
I remember the bad batch of stoppers being brought up and I believe it's been addressed.
All my stuff is from when Primal first opened so I'm sure everything is good to go now just wanted to update my other post.
Likely solvent contact. Swelling and starting to break down. Probably find it in the oil with a GCMS if you cared enough. That stopper does look degraded on the top. Any theories on what caused it?

There's a few sources here using Flurotec and PTFE stoppers. At this point, I don't want stoppers made from anything else. Here's a PTFE stopper with ~180 piercings on it (daily micro dosing tren). Most were with a 22g, but a few dozen or so were 19g (iirc).Good work! You took excellent pictures. You also laid them out in a way where everyone see there is no pressure. You’re right…. There were some stopper concerns at first weren’t there. I believe readalot/photon and some others went on a stopper campaign. Primal made a good working with that group.

My bad. I should have looked to make sure the right people were mentioned. I was being lazy.i take no credit, i don't think i did anything lol.
Id be curious about sitting the vial upside down, if at any point (but mainly how quickly) would the stopper breakdown to the point of becoming gummy. In that case, you’d have to find it in the oil.i take no credit, i don't think i did anything lol.
I don't believe the stoppers have been changed (yet), i think it's scheduled for the later part of the year together with vial changes? (Not even sure anymore).
The stoppers that have been swapped out so far were the silicone stoppers that the vendor was previously using, to rubber ones.
I'd be a little concern if this happens outside the vial. I mean the oils are only a few months old(?), and outside the vial not inside, with constant contact..
(Also dont think it will show up in GCMS unfortunately)
One of the first Primal shills! Complete with the AI post. That’s a piece of history right there.
Ahhhhh. I have about 10 vials with that PTFE stopper. I didn’t know WHAT it was, but it’s obviously superior quality. I’ve only pulled 1ml but I see what all the fuss is about. There's a few sources here using Flurotec and PTFE stoppers. At this point, I don't want stoppers made from anything else. I live in Ms these vials have been climate controlled at 70 F since they showed up here.Could you put it side by side with a different vial, to see if there's any bloating of the stopper inside the vial? (e.g does the stopper extend deeper into the oil for DHB?)
e.g of bloated syringe

Sorry @Photon I messed up some of the pictures no other vials exhibit this kind of distention.
All pictured have been pierced except for the Primal Primo it was a little crooked so I pulled the top.
I use 70% wipes as well from bd/embecta, but I've noticed discoloration on the wipes after the first few uses. It's faint in the beginning and the vial top itself is now silver around the edges of the stopper. I do daily pins so that might have to do with it, but this is with the p10 test e batch.Could it be a mix of older/faulty stopper and the 91% alcohol? Got into a little pore in the stopper and began eating away at it? Almost looks likeit was soaking in something. Wild find.
iirc when the color caps concern was going on and the memeber said the color only came off with the 91%, not 70%. I dont think it should be happening regardless, but I havent used 91% to wipe a vial. Alcohol pads I use are 70%. Havent gotten any coloring on the wipe yet
Word I guess ive only been using the vial daily for a few days.I use 70% wipes as well from bd/embecta, but I've noticed discoloration on the wipes after the first few uses. No pressure inside the vial, just a bad stopper.
This obviously needs to be addressed and for all the doomsday preppers preparing for the gear apocalypse, check your stash for failing stoppers.
