thoughts on DNP? I’m currently about 23-25 bf and planning on doing a 8 day cycle of DNP for the first 2 days I’m planning on doing 400mg then dropping it to 200mg im adding t3 on top and thinking of adding t4 ass well I’ve had a friend that has done a similar cycle and hes had good results any thoughts I’m also thinking of adding 2mg of retatuide as well. Am I just a retard ?
 
Riding the motorcycle naked would let me go slightly faster but the risk wouldn't be worth the result.
I use it for 2 weeks every year had labs done on it. Much safer than Clenbuterol. But I dont think its right for OP 25% BF is to high diet needs to get in check first. I just have little patience for months of being in a deficit and not making progress. I use it to go from 15% down to near contest ready super fast .
 
Clen scares me way more than DNP. You actually have to win a Darwin award with DNP dudes going up in the 1000mg range but the normal dose of clen on a bad day with HP and an enlarged heart from gear and its over.
What's HP? Just trying to figure out why you think clen is more dangerous than DNP. Usually it's the opposite. I've used both and don't particularly enjoy either. I'd much rather use EC but it doesn't exactly give the same results either

Typo meant HB high blood pressure from gear combined elevated resting HR from clen in a large human being with an enlarged heart is a deadly combination. Clen has many cardiovascular complications. DNP requires an overdose I cant name any dead bodybuilders from DNP only that small girl running a huge amount in the UK and every bodybuilder we loose had a heart attack

workouts also increase your hearrate, aswell reta... the key is to have your bloodpressure and sugar always under controll + clen usage in a cut, where weights drop - heartrate slowing down, it helps to keep the heartrate a bit up.. dosage depend - check your hearrates from your apple watch / oura ring.. i´ve been using 160 clen.. my heartrate was 80-84 but didnt spiked anymore down to 50-55

There is also long term damage caused by clen to the heart brother and it gives very little benefit in regards to metabolic increase. The risk to reward ratio is just not there for me personally. The biggest risk we face being enhanced is cardiovascular and kidney failure usually caused by HB . So I avoid anything that stresses the heart more than I have to without significant noticeable benefit.

My experience so far
Reta 5mg Weekley has made miracle, BF close to 15%.
To speed up, the last cut started DNP.
Since 2 weeks at 400mg ED, feel without force, heat waves during the day, but the scale goes down every day, diet in control.
Have pills for 9 days at the same dose, hope to sustain this lack of energy, maybe adding ECA for the last part.
 
DNP should be used as a last resort Hail Mary if you're 2 weeks out looking 6 weeks out. Recreational use of this compound is pointless imo, just playing with your life needlessly. Do you really NEED to speed up your weight loss that badly? Just pin some GLP and go for a walk. I appreciate I'm exaggerating the danger of it but it really is pointless in your current state.
 
Don't get me wrong DNP is miserable, especially if you have a life and children and obligations. But I do wonder if you are staying at reasonable doses like 400mg and under is it less harmful than clenbuterol at doses of 80-120mcg? There are studies saying clen can cause fibrosis of the heart, LVH, arrhythmia, heart failure with AAS, etc. You don't see that on DNP but there also aren't many studies since it's banned. You do see reports of DNP killing people but usually they are running 1 gram or more

DNP is far less dangerous than clen. And gives way more benefit to risk ratio. Do I think it should be used by most people or recreationally by lazy people that cant fix their diets absolutely not. But when I see people say this will kill you and take this instead I cant help but laugh because there is mountains of evidence contradicting that. Group think tends to override logic.
 
My DNP is going well..400mg daily and it really does work as well as people say. But i do sweat my ass off, if where i am isn't cold i sweat like crazy. Probably not going to do 400 again if it isnt winter and i dont have anything to do. Also keep antihistamines ready in case you get a rash, and you need a GLP-1!!

thinking of doing psmf + gh + reta + cag for couple weeks
Doing a pussified version rn, still doing 100g carbs on training days. It’s worked great thus far tho. Ive mutated in 2 and a half weeks. Down 20lbs (I was peak bulk, 10 or so of that is water and glycogen) and I feel great, strength has maintained give or take a rep here and there.

About to bump the food back up, wanted to clean up a little bit before my cruise. I’ll definitely do it again if I want to trim up real quick.
 
Damn I came here to see dnp get shit on and left not ever wanting to touch clen when I was considering running a small amount ( 20-40 mcg ) on the end of a cut … fuck that ..Reta , more cardio ,more diet realignment and deeper into the cut it’ll be. Just out of curiosity is albuterol in the same risk profile as clen ?

Never understood the point of most cutting drugs like clen, dnp, etc. Especially now that we have peptides like reta&tirz, Clen can increase TDEE by like 300-400 cal/day max at the cost of feeling like you're on the verge of a heart attack. Literally just go for a walk or skip a few bites of food for the same benefit.

Yah like I said I was considering a small amount given a vendor I used had It for a cheap price( clen ) and just wanted to try it out, I wasn’t looking for a massive shortcut ( I do love Reta 1 mg eod ) ….and yah from what’s talked about… I won’t be touching it . Appreciate the concern though

I always respond on these threads because it changed my life.

DNP gave me peripheral neuropathy. My feet and lower legs went completely numb. Then came the pain while walking on anything with texture. This was in 2020. Soon after, I went blind. Happened in 2 months. Very fast. My cataracts were the worst I’ve known. (I was a surgical coordinator for an eye surgeon) I literally could only see white. Thankfully my boss did my surgery.

I was taking 250-500 on and off. It made me feel so lethargic and sick. I sweat my ass off. I was always way too hot.

Don’t fuck with DNP. Im serious. Use Reta. I lost more weight on tirzepatide than on DNP. It’s really not worth it man

Last week I ended up taking 6 dnp vintage pills I bought from qsc. I ended up working overnight that night and had the hardest time seeing. Lights had a weird white halo around and everything was really blurry. I just thought maybe I was really dehydrated. I don't mind accidently falling dead from something but don't want to go blind. Didn't even think of it being possibly being the dnp.
