If you’re on a GLP, typically up to 4iu won’t move morning fasting glucose above the 100 threshold.

This is highly dependent on the individual, and typically, is at its worst when starting (the liberated fatty acids pay a role in this). As the visceral and liver fat most sensitive to the GH signal gets depleted and you’re down to less responsive fat stores (older visceral fat, fibrosed fat from high inflammation) blood won’t be quite as saturated with FFAs, insulin sensitivity will improve, and glucose should drop.

Cardio is important to burn off some those FFAs or you may end up worsening insulin sensitivity over time.

The unused FFAs will be redeposited in fat once you eat and insulin is released, but it’s redeposited away from visceral fat, taking on a more youthful distribution so there’s less “central adiposity”, which worsens with age and dropping GH / IGF levels.

You’ll make your life easier and lose some of the GH phobia with a continuous glucose monitor.

Stick with it long enough and GH will melt deep visceral fat away and get you peeled in places you’ve never gotten as leaned out in as much before. Vasculature so unfamiliar you might think you’ve got some kind of medical issue, lol. (When did I develop a road map of veins on my inner thighs?). The scale won’t move much from rHGH alone, but lean mass seems to increase enough to keep the scale stable as fat disappears. But it’s a long game. Expect it to take months, probably 4, for significant visible improvements to become apparent at a modest dose like 4iu.

Get your baseline IGF-1 tested. When you decide to stay on forever, as you likely will, that’s the number that you’ll use to gauge how high of a dose you can use long term safely.
I just turned 29 so I feel like I’m starting to get to the age where I should start looking at long term and GH has been something I’ve been considering haha. I appreciate that advice I will definitely be taking a stab at the sale then especially since I do want to get that deep visceral fat reduced. I try to get a 45 min cardio session in at the end of my workouts now because I definitely need to lean out. I’m already down around 50 I want to lose another 50 by this time next year which should be more than enough time. Next blood draw I will definitely be checking my IGF I have no idea what my baseline is.

That’ll give you a clue.

Genetic “early decliners” can see a 50% drop from peak 20yo GH levels by 30, predisposing you to rapid visceral fat (the most unhealthy type of fat, biologically active, like a diabolical organ that develops with the purpose of harming health) accumulation that can be hard to reduce, and a softer physique overall, along with making you susceptible to all sorts of metabolic problems. So it’s worth identifying and correcting early.

Honestly I’ve always had trouble losing weight so this might’ve a pretty great indicator it’s funny because as I’ve become enhanced I’ve paid more attention to my health and have actually become healthier enhanced than when I was natty. I also needed TRT since my test was abysmal but thankfully 99% of my markers are healthy and in range

This is great info. Thank you for this

Check TSH, free T3 and T4 while you’re getting IGF-1. Hypothyroidism can cause that, and low IGF as well. It’s more likely than low GH.

Rolling them out now. These new stoppers are unreal, night and day upgrade... what took you guys so long to say something?! (lol jk)

If your vial has a green top with an aluminum body, you’ve got the West NovaPure stoppers with matching West caps. All Test E's will have them from this point forward - other compounds are mixed during the transition, and we expect full turnover in a few weeks.

We also moved to matte, durable labels that are oil and waterproof. Loving the changes and hope you Apes do too.

I had my labs checked for tsh a few months ago and was at 1 before starting anything. now I’m at 1.6 after losing a little more weight and stopping t3. I was taking 75mcg of T3 for a short while since I wasn’t losing much weight and I was barely at 186. I feel like taking that much T3 and only being at 186 is kind of low. I was talking to a coach and he warned me it was a aggressive move to use T3 but I wanted to move forward. Probably not be smartest choice but blood markers have improved as well so can’t complain too much

Looks good man. You guys really do listen and fix the things we ask about. Now let's put an ape face on that label

Yeah t3 is risky, always safer to try t4 before resorting to t3.

I'm 27 years old. I feel perfect on my 175mg/test that i've been on for a little over 6 months now and i'm only starting my first ever 500mg/week test cycle in a couple of weeks.

I still need time to lock in everything else before considering other compounds. I appreciate the advice
Perfect attitude to have...bravo. Your 1st real cycle is gunna be a 'blast', have fun, eat a ton, and again have fun lifting heavy (but be careful, don't f up your joints). I think we can all look back and remember how fun our 1st test blast was.

I have arimidex if I need it but hoping I won’t. Ill see e2 on labs 4 weeks in. I’m also on 4mg reta /week, 250iu hcg eod, and 600mg L carnitine daily. I just ended a 12 week cut so im giving myself a couple weeks to transition into the lean bulk

nice dude , you sort out the test cyp situation? Yah you’re gonna love it man … Fuck you reminded me to take my Reta shot . ( lil side note I would do some research on aromasin as well , idk if you’ve tried it , I prefer it over arimidex and it’s easier on my lipids ) .

I get you brother, but @Turkeybuilder seems like he's on board to learn more. Meso is not the same as SST. Welcome aboard tho, things are a lil diff on this board. In fact, if you're planning on staying, go intro yourself on the "hello" board.
