This is just my guess but most vendors do not own their own warehouse. Either they contract warehouse service or logistics companies provides the storage service. I strongly assume the latter. So all they do is take orders from customers and then they send these orders to the warehouse sides to arrange packing and pick up. Apparently after SSA disappeared, this logistics side started to have issues as well as vendor side. Same number of customers rushing to smaller number of vendors. I recently ordered from 3 vendors and all of them used the same logistics company and packing and the airway bill description was identical but the goods inside were a little bit different. I ordered same stuff but each had different labeling and cap colors. It could be different batches though. First two orders had issues at customs clearance since they way bill description was simply begging the customs officer to doubt. Both of the vendors accepted reshipping and I gave one of them the instruction for better packing. The vendor made sure she will notified the logistics company. She double confirmed for me and immediately let me know once the new freight company decided, which was FedEx but after the tracking number issued I realized it was UPS number so I reported to her and the vendor lady reacted to my message with complaint to the logistics company, stating this logistics company is terrible and brings troubles. She immediately deleted the message loll.
Anyway, this will not help anything but just wanted to share.
Also I am waiting for my order to be shipped from this vendor. This vendor might be also facing the logistics company problem and orders come one after another so apparently they prioritize dealing with incoming orders and care less about unshipped items. I feel they just do not want to talk what they are not sure so thus they just keep saying no worry soon it will be shipped. It is not really sincere at all neh.
Let's see how it goes loll
