Today I felt a unusual pain when I started poking my skin, and decided to move forward instead of moving to a different spot.

It’s no pub med article, but you could look into trying this out if you ever have money to burn lol. I tried 3 sessions for a bum elbow and it helped get some relief, but at 150$ a pop I couldn’t justify the full 8 sessions at the time.
