Hey everyone, I’d like to share my experience with Duncan Pharma and how they scammed me. I’ve been putting this off for a while, hoping they’d make things right, but today they blocked me — so I’m really glad I took screenshots of our entire conversation earlier. Enjoy the read, and I strongly advise against ordering from these scammers.


P.S. In the group chat where multiple people could post, there were several others with the same experience as mine.

Very dissapointed with this source! I wanted to try a new one and already knew its going to take a while till it gets to me. Sadly my order got seized, not that big of a deal. Except communication is absolutly ridicioulus! And now 2 months after my order he comes up with
"you sent this address: ... and appears as incorrect, look at what shipper sent me: you sent wrong address"
Even though I already showed him my penalty order and he said yeah we will reship it.
He is straight up making stuff up so he doesnt have to reship my order! I didnt give him a wrong address obviously, otherwise the penalty order wouldnt even have reached me.

I am already checking this with my shipper. I never said I won't reship it, I already saw your email and forwarded it to shipper so he can double check the letter. And about the bad order address is with the other guy not with you

I am posting the tracking note from his order so everyone can see. I will post it without any specific name or tracking number because its not allowed, but if he gives me permission I will gladly also share every detail he sent me so everyone can see that this guy doesn't even know how to put his address correctly on a website.

I am making this statement clear, I am not responsible of human mistakes when putting your address:

PD: Lol I just saw on his caps the dumb address he sent. He put "Poste Restante" on his address street instead of using his house or a real address. And he forgot to blurr it lol. And the delivery guy I am sure that saw it and said what the fuck is that. This happens when you don't use a real house address. Next time use it.

I forgot to send one of the screenshots from our conversation, where you clearly confirmed that I could use the branch address for parcel storage and that even though I’m from the Czech Republic, you could still send it that way. I even followed up with a message showing exactly what address I entered, hoping everything would be fine. You could have checked it since it was an unconventional delivery method.


What I really don’t understand is how that has anything to do with the fact that you neither resent the package nor refunded my money. On top of that, I was completely blocked everywhere when I kept trying to resolve the issue.

Not to defend Duncan, but how on earth is he supposed to know whether a country supports certain addresses or not? He used the address you provided, the delivery failed because of a malformed address and that's on you.

OMG so since I cannot ship to Czechia and you live in Czechia, your solution was to just ship it to some random post office on another country and pray that they will take it? Of course I ignore you, you just ordered your package to a random post office on another fººººking country instead to some real address. I am pretty sure people is getting a good laught at this

Bože můj, takže když nemůžu posílat do Česka a ty žiješ v Česku, tvým řešením bylo prostě to poslat na nějakou náhodnou poštu v jiné zemi a modlit se, aby to vzali? Samozřejmě tě ignoruji, jen jsi si objednal balíček na náhodnou poštu v jiné zatracené zemi místo na nějakou skutečnou adresu. Jsem si docela jistý, že se tomu lidi pěkně smějí.

Věděl jsi, že chci balíček tímto způsobem obdržet, a potvrdil jsi, že je to možné. Adresa, kterou jsem ti minule poslal, byla ověřena přímo poštou, takže jsem si 100% jistý, že by si tam balík nechali, abych si ho mohl vyzvednout. Ty jsi balíček poslal a údajně kvůli mé chybě nedorazil, takže mi ho prosím pošli znovu, pokud zaplatím poštovné – nebo mi alespoň vrať peníze za zboží. To mi zní fér.
