My logging will be consistent once I can stand infront of a scanner, do a little twirl and have all my shit auto-logged. I dispise using the measuring tape lolI ran a log for my cut. I'm just wrapping it up now. It definitely helped with accountability and feedback but they don't really get a lot of attention. Planning on one for my bulk starting in January.
At best, it was a good way for me to go back and check where I was at for doses and bloodwork. I try to keep offline logs for that but my organizational skills are shit.
I do log my compounds, bp, supplements ect religiously. The scale tracks biometrics. My watch tracks vitals, but nothing for body measurements yet
