Yeah man. I’ve got thick skin so criticism doesn’t get to me. Truthfully I’m proud of my progress especially considering the health issues.

I wasn’t really fishing for cheerleaders, but love the support. 99 percent of the dudes here, even the ones i don’t interact with often, are solid. Any feedback regarding my physique will be less critical than I am on myself, lol.

Spot on being proud of what you have achieved. People forget they started from somewhere and some guys in here their whole identity is gear and forget where they started. If you want there are some of us that will give you a honest assessment in DMs. A few have asked me and I’ve never discussed it with anyone and I won’t. I got rejuven and botox in korea (TMJ/crows feet/forehead), and have a syringe of regenovue and vials of botox here. Having experienced the pain of rejuren and then the bumps for 3 days after, i don't think i could do it to myself.
