Now that another almost 6 weeks have passed, how is the recovery? Can you fill us (me) in on if you stayed with your healing protocol, did you drop things (and when), add anything in, or anything noteworthy?

I'm sorry to keep bugging you on this, but I am going in for surgery soon and looking to maximize the support I can give myself in recovery.

I have had great success with the protocol ive ran , i will be running high dose bpc157 and 3 mg Tb frag daily for this upcoming rotator cuff surgery in two days ,

I just had umbilical hernia surgery a couple months ago , i used tb4 that time along with bpc157 with good results
