Has anyone ordered from Ace in the last few weeks? I emailed them about a current price list and haven't heard from them for over a day. Usually they're very prompt. I've been using their products for over a year now without any issues. Are they still in business?

Seriously you guys need to chill the fuck out. Labs and reps have lives and sometimes you might have to wait an entire two days to get a reply.

Maybe you can try the other rep on sst for now? I know Ace meso here sometimes has issues with his email and such. I’m sure there’s some technicality on his end. He wouldn’t ignore you, great guy.

No problem, totally understand.

Shocked when they sent a follow up several days later though...to let me know they were good to go again.

Left a really good impression on me - taking all the positive comments I've read on both forums a lot more seriously haha
