Hi all,
New member here you know the spiel.
I'm quarter-ish aged dad of two that loves working out and trying to maximize my time at the gym and my health. I've been working out for close to 20 years and have seen everything from "you only need to do 3 compound lifts" all the way to "You don't even need to strain the muscle" all the way back to "3 compound lifts" again.
Im currently training in a mixture of John Meadows (RIP) and Nippard styles.
Not many questions other than I enjoy lifting weights and self improvement
