TSH 2.14 mU/l 0.3 - 4.0
Free Trijodthyronin (fT3) 4.2 pg/ml 2.1 - 4.7
Free Thyroxin (fT4) 11.9 pg/ml 7.5 - 20.0

2 weeks ago I had TSH from 4.66 but I was i´ll. Because of that I tested T3 and T4 and also TSH.
Im at 200mg Test E in the moment.

I didn't know that the doctor would take other readings but I'll just add them here. I am always extremely tired and exhausted and I just don't know why. My testosterone is high, my estrogen is within range. Vitamin D was below the reference range, which I am now taking 7,500 IU daily with K2.

That was my hope that I would finally have a solution as to why I feel so tired and exhausted. My thyroid also seems to be normal.

My iron levels seem to be very low, so I'm now taking 80 mg of iron with 100 mg of vitamin C by now every night.

The symptoms were already present before I started taking testosterone and nothing has changed since then.

Does anyone know what else it could be?

Could it be that I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and should test my TPO and TG?

T3 & T4 tests are not always accurate markers of thyroid health, most are iodine deficient because lack of iodine in soil, particularly if you live in the western world away from the coast, adding iodine supplemention can help but full saturation takes months, and you can add peptides that increase ATP production and detoxification..

Do you feel like your nutrition is on point? Eating properly along with supplementing can help.
I tend to go long periods of time without eating so working on changing that rn for the same reasons you mentioned.

How is your overall mood? (stress, low mood, burnout, ect)

How is your sleep? (waking up throughout the night, tossing and turning, waking up exhausted instead of refreshed, ect).
If sleep quality low, considered supplements? sleep hygeine on point? checked for sleep apnea?

Theres a ton more to consider but these have had the biggest impact on me personally.

Those are some good looking labs so I’m not sure anything here is the cause of your fatigue. I am assuming you’re not taking about thyroid medication.

Ferritin could be a touch higher (I like to aim for 60) but I’m not convinced it would be causing a lot of fatigue at 39. I like that you started iron (I’d use iron bisglycinate because it’s the most bioavailable and las the least side effects) but I would only take that for about two weeks at 75-100mg per day because you don’t want to overdo it.
