Arimidex Bloodwork Timing

Just to preface, I don't currently plan on using an AI nor do need an AI, just doing some research for my own knowledge.

I typically pin at night, so if I did take an AI (I have arimidex on hand) I would also take it the same night. When would be the best time to pull bloods? Morning after, week after, four weeks after, assuming the AI is taken once a week.

Apologies for the repetitiveness, I think I saw this discussed in another thread, I just couldn't find it.

Tbh I’ve never noticed a difference in timing.
I split my TRT and my Adex x2 a week.
Keeps it stable and more consistent.

Instead of once weekly, personal preference.

What dosage of TRT do you take, and what dosage of Adex do you use?
If you don’t mind, could you share your E2 levels without Adex and with Adex?

It’s very different for everyone.

My buddy is 6’7 230lbs taking around 140mg a week of Cyp. And can take .5mg Adex. Twice weekly. With 20-25 or so for an E2 level.

Where as I was taking 225mg of Cyp a week. Put my test level at 1000 ng/dl with an E2 of 45-50 pg/ml (no AI)

Added .25 Adex twice a week at injection, that dropped my E2 to 18 pg/ml

Both take test cyp twice weekly split.

Always start low and work up based on labs.
Crashed e2 is terrible.
