Ordered 3 Times from him. Last time 8 days ago. All delivered. Weird . @STERO.BIZ can you elaborate?
I typically only buy from vendors after researching them on MESO. I ordered after I saw many people have positive experience, but to my surprise they just took my money and vanished. I honestly don't quite understand what's the point. You can scam a customer only once, but you can instead milk him for profit 20 times.
But like I said, I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they just don't know what they're doing and their email and ordering systems are broken. I'm keeping my mind open until I hear more.

Your order from Wednesday is beeing processed since Wednesday and is on the way to you. You paid via xmr and xmr don't support any confirmation email and this payment method is for pros. It is written in the instruction of xmr payment that it take little longer.
Today is Thursday and I was not online until evening because i was traveling and i see that you are mad and calling me a scammer but i can assure you that the order is processed automatically and will reach you via mail service within 5-12 working days after the payment was received ( i received payment about one day ago)

The order was not from Wednesday, but from Tuesday. The payment arrived 3 days ago (proof below). The issue is there was no email confirmation for the order itself. Typically, with all other sellers, email confirmation is sent automatically. Also, please don't make excuses. XMR does support confirmation because payment ID is included in the address itself, it's not technology limitation. Maybe your own payment solution doesn't support it, that's possible. Also, please don't exaggerate about Telegram; maybe your support bot is broken or something, but I 100% contacted you on Telegram and you didn't answer (proof below it's 100% your Telegram account).Dear @mikmakshack

The issue isn't that the order doesn't arrive fast enough. This isn't Amazon Prime, these things take time, no problem. The issue is your systems failed to give any information and your support took 3 days to answer.
To others reading this: Stero did the right thing and contacted me privately with a confirmation that the order went through. All is good for now. I will update with pictures when the order arrives.

So I had the HGH sent to Jano and then notified stero of it when Jano had the package in hand and had him pay for the test.
This is the result we received after few days.
