I’ve called FedEx 10 times they do an amazing job of rerouting you to AI every time I could not get a representative on the phone man and I’m hoping it like you said it’s just paperwork or maybe a tariff wasn’t paid or somethings owed I mean they’re clear vitals even if you open the package there’s nothing in there. It’s clear vitals so I don’t understand but I know lobster is helping me out. He’s the best.

Just to expand. Based off the hold code Lobby new we were already in the clear, and it just needed some finalizing paperwork. Meanwhile, I was suspect (of course, LOL).

I was shocked how minimal it was when I called "address of manufacturer and quantity- email here". Lob handled in 6-12 hours and the pack was moving in less than 24 hours. Don't fret guys, see what the travel history says and read the exclamation point next to the holds. Fed ex wanted me to assign my my name/number to the scenario to which I declined, told them shipper will handle everything. All played out exactly as Lob said it would. Guy is a pro you give him that.

Guys as I’ve said - my mother load of Genos got held help up . Thought all hope was lost.

I didn’t touch the situation for 3 days - hope and prayer method that I wouldn’t have to get involved .

Lobby leveled with me. I followed his advice , and bam, 2 days later I had my stuff. Take a breather .

In the automated fed ex phone tree just keep saying “customs representative”. I promise you’ll get a real person (assuming there is an !!! In the tracking , which means something needs to be done).

All in all the last few hiccups I’ve gained an incredible amount of respect for Lob. Didn’t leave me hanging once “f this guy I’ll focus on me biz”- not in the slightest. I’m always sketch - he could tell - and his assurances were dead on.

In fact, just placed another large order last night with that confidence

the FAA has had to reduce flights due to the clusterfuck in DC, which impacts FedEx’s hub in Memphis. plus, FedEx (and UPS) just announced they are grounding all MD-11’s due to the crash in KY on the 4th. i think the latter makes up about 5% to 10% of their fleet.

shipping in general this year has been a mess to begin with. i have had multiple packs take detours all over the US. packs flying way over my state by hundreds of miles or ending up in the complete opposite side of the country. shit just happens.
