Hi, following the rules with an introduction. Guest views ran out so had to make an account. Did alot of weight training in my 20's to early 30's, then broke my hand toboggoning with my daughter, then started working night shift, and I totally fell out of it. Life got pretty busy, got married, bought a house, working alot of 16 hour shifts, had another kid so I have a 4 year old now and a 26 year old daughter. Work in Healthcare, then covid happened. Made excuses for a good 12 years at least then one day just made the jump and got a gym membership at work so I literally have to not even go outside to get to the gym and workout on lunch break. Been going steady now for 2 years, gone from 250 to 280. Height 6 foot 6. On trt. Anyways alot of good info and drama on here like most bodybuilding forums. Training split is Monday chest and triceps, Tuesday back and biceps, Wednesday legs, Thursday shoulders, Friday sometimes arms if I feel like it. Biggest struggle is eating enough. Age 48.
